Penelope Hoyett is a dynamic woman of faith, purpose, and power—uniquely anointed to minister healing, wholeness, and hope to the brokenhearted. A cancer survivor, faith-based wellness leader, and founder of the Thrive Beyond Cancer Survivorship Collective, she carries a divine mandate to help people heal, rise, and reclaim their God-given identity. Her life and ministry bridge the sacred and the practical, empowering others to live whole, intentional, and purpose-driven lives after trauma and transformation.

A gifted teacher and compassionate leader, Penelope meets people where they are and walks with them toward transformation. Her ministry is deeply rooted in authenticity, emotional intelligence, and biblical truth. She is known for her ability to connect with diverse audiences through intentional conversations, practical strategies, and Spirit-led revelation. Her teachings often center around spiritual identity, emotional healing, trauma recovery, and purpose discovery.

As the founder and visionary of Thrive Beyond, Penelope leads a faith-rooted, trauma-informed survivorship movement designed to support and empower those navigating life after cancer. What began as her personal journey through diagnosis and recovery evolved into a collective space where survivors rediscover who they are, reclaim their voice, and begin to dream again. Through guided sessions, therapeutic tools, and storytelling, she helps others ask life-changing questions: Who am I now? How do I reintroduce myself to the world? What do I want my life to look like moving forward? 

Beyond Thrive Beyond, Penelope is also the visionary behind Pen Publishing As It Is Written LLC and the Help Me G.E.T. My Life initiative, which equips individuals with faith-based tools to Grasp Essential Tenets (G.E.T.) for total life renewal. Through her multifaceted ministry expressions, she leads with compassion, conviction, and clarity.

A spiritual warrior and mentor, she creates biblically sound, trauma-informed resources that minister to the whole person—spirit, soul, and body. Whether teaching in a sanctuary, leading small groups, or mentoring one-on-one, she operates with boldness, empathy, and prophetic sensitivity to the needs of those she serves. Her calling is clear: to help people heal, grow, and become everything God has called them to be.

Her testimony as a cancer survivor continues to ignite her mission.
